When your trial period concludes, you will be prompted to select a paid plan to continue using the platform. Your data, configurations, dashboards, and any models trained during the trial remain intact and accessible once you activate a subscription. If you choose not to subscribe, your account enters a read-only state for 30 days, during which you can export your data. After that period, all data is permanently deleted from our systems in accordance with our data retention policy.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any point through the account settings dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, with the price difference prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you retain full access to higher-tier features until then. If you are on an annual plan and wish to switch, the unused portion of your prepayment is credited toward the new plan.

We offer a 30% discount on Professional plans for verified non-profit organizations, academic research institutions, and educational programs. To qualify, submit a request through our contact page with documentation confirming your organization's status. Our team typically reviews applications within three business days. This discount applies to both monthly and annual billing options and can be combined with the annual savings.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), SEPA direct debit for European customers, and bank wire transfers for annual Enterprise subscriptions. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, and we issue VAT-compliant invoices automatically. Enterprise clients on annual contracts may also arrange purchase order-based billing through their dedicated account manager. Currency conversion is handled automatically at the current exchange rate for non-EUR/USD transactions.

We do not immediately cut off access when you approach your limit. The platform sends notifications at 80% and 95% usage thresholds so your team has time to manage workloads. If you exceed the monthly limit, additional records are processed at an overage rate of $0.50 per 100,000 records for Starter and $0.30 per 100,000 records for Professional plans. Alternatively, you can upgrade your plan mid-cycle. Enterprise plans have no hard limits and are customized during the contract negotiation process.

Monthly plans have no minimum commitment and can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Annual plans provide a 20% discount and are billed upfront for 12 months. Enterprise agreements typically run for 12 or 24 months to accommodate dedicated infrastructure provisioning and custom development work. Early termination of annual and Enterprise plans is subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement, though we work to find reasonable accommodations when circumstances change.
